• BBQ Competition set-up & check-in 4:00-7:00pm
• Evening social & bonfire (dinner on your own)

Friday, June 18: 8:00am - 10:00pm

                (Coffee & rolls in Headquarters in AM)

• MCA Board Meeting 9:00-11:00 am
• Care & use of cast iron cookware 10:00-11:00am
• Box lunch provided 11:00am-12:30pm
• Goat roping competition 11:00am-1:00pm
• Producer Education & Demonstrations 1:00-3:00pm
• Corn Hole Tournament (adult & youth divisions) 1:00-4:00pm
• BBQ & Dessert Competition - Judging at 5:30pm

• Camp-wide BBQ Banquet 6:00pm
• Awards Presentation 7:15pm

Saturday, June 19: 7:30am - 2:00pm

• Camp-wide waffle & sausage breakfast
• Agriculture Tour - 8:30 - 10:30am
• Return to Cow Camp for Beef Quality Assurance Training/Recertification at 11:00am - 12:30pm
• Catered lunch at 12:30pm
• Afternoon social activities at your leisure
• Stay until Sunday morning or depart Cow Camp, as you wish

Sunday, June 20: 

• Depart Cow Camp by 12:00 noon

Headquarters: Hughston's Cow Camp - from McBain,1 mile North on M-66, then follow the Cow Camp signs west on Geers Rd

Lodging:
